Latitud Expedition offers guided outdoor experiences, including trekking, kayaking, and adventure activities throughout Chilean Patagonia.

2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings may be made through our website using the available payment methods, including Mercado Pago.
A booking will be considered confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation has been sent to the customer.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of booking.
Latitud Expedition reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected by any subsequent price changes.
4. Participant Responsibility
Participants declare that they are in suitable physical condition to take part in trekking, kayaking, or any other activities booked through Latitud Expedition.
Each participant is responsible for informing us in advance of any medical condition, physical limitation, or circumstance that may affect their safety or the safety of others.
5. Weather & Operational Changes
Activities conducted in natural environments are subject to weather conditions and safety considerations.
Latitud Expedition reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or activities whenever necessary due to safety concerns, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Specific cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the tour or activity booked.
Where applicable, the relevant cancellation terms will be provided during the booking process.
In the event of cancellation due to safety concerns or force majeure, Latitud Expedition will evaluate rescheduling or refund options on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
Latitud Expedition will exercise the highest level of care in delivering its services. However, the company shall not be held liable for circumstances arising from:
Extreme weather conditions.
Force majeure events.
Accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
